In the debate promoted by Cepeda, supposedly against paramilitarism, we did not hear the name Carlos Castaño, creator of the Self-Defense Forces, nor the historical background or the reasons that led this character to create said organization, nor the impact that the FARC had on the creation of this monster by assassinating, kidnapping and extorting peasants and businessmen, the debate was only Álvaro Uribe Velez from beginning to end.
