Minuto30.com .- The Minister of the Interior Armando Benedetti has launched a strong public complaint, ensuring that his home is being raided at this moment. Through his X account, Benedetti described the procedure as an “abuse of power” and directly accused the magistrate handling his case, whom he called “insane and delinquent.”

Benedetti argued that the Supreme Court of Justice does not have the jurisdiction to investigate him for events that occurred in 2023, 2024 and 2025, since he has not been a congressman for more than three years. In addition, he assured that the magistrate has been challenged twice for showing a particular interest in incriminating him in crimes.

Complaint of Setup and Links with the FBI

The former ambassador intensified his accusations, accusing the judge of being “sick and obsessed” with his case and of seeking a “setup” against him. Benedetti revealed that the official has ordered a financial investigation of more than 50 of her relatives, including minor children, and has called more than 200 witnesses to testify, in what she considers seven years of “judicial harassment.”

Benedetti suggested that the judge could be providing “manipulated” information to the FBI to incriminate him in money laundering, and wondered if this was part of an alleged “setup” that had already been warned by journalist Gonzalo Guillén. The politician stated that he will go to the Inter-American Court of Human Rights because, in his opinion, “no one stops this monster.”

Finally, the former senator asked the judges of the Supreme Court to stop the “unleashed and obsessed persecution” of the judge, ensuring that there is “not a single piece of evidence, without a single witness” against her. Benedetti asked the media to closely follow the raid and the judicial process.
