Minute30.com .- A structural fire was reported in the Manrique Santa Inés neighborhood of Medellín, on Carrera 39 and Calle 82, which was controlled thanks to the action of three Medellín Firefighters crews, as reported by the DAGRD (Administrative Department of Disaster Risk Management).

The outcome of the emergency was two people injured, presumably due to smoke inhalation, who received medical attention. In addition, the tragedy affected pets: two puppies and a cat were also affected by exposure to smoke.

As for material damage, the fire compromised a total of three homes. The causes of the fire are still unknown and are being investigated. The technical and social team of the Medellín Mayor’s Office is providing support to the affected families.
