The Squash team of the Colombian delegation had an unbeatable start at the XX Bolivarian Games Ayacucho-Lima 2025 by achieving its first victory.

The person in charge of this achievement was Silvia Angulo in the women’s singles category. On a challenging court, Angulo executed a masterful strategy to defeat the host, Luana León, with a score of 3 – 1.

The key to success for the Colombian athlete lay in the strategic expansion of the field.

Ángulo relied on the execution of cross plays that unbalanced his opponent, which allowed control of the match to tilt consistently in his favor and ensured him the important victory for his country.
