Colombia is preparing to face the ninth day of competitions of the XX Bolivarian Games Ayacucho-Lima 2025 with the expected start of the Athletics and Futsal disciplines this Saturday, November 29.
The men’s futsal competition will take place at the Club Metropolitano Cahuide and will run until Wednesday, December 3.
The tournament will take place in two phases: a group phase (with two groups) and the final phase, where the medalists will be defined.
The Colombian team will begin its journey in Group B, where it will face the representations of Guatemala and Panama with the aim of advancing to the decisive rounds.
Colombian athletics will begin its participation with the walking tests. This same Saturday the half marathon will be held, and next December 6 it will be the turn of the marathon at Playa Agua Dulce, in Lima.

The national representation will be led in the march by experienced athletes such as Éider Arévalo and Cesar Herrera, who will compete in the half marathon and the marathon, respectively.
The exciting track and field events will take place at the Atlético Stadium of the National Sports Village (Videna), starting next Monday, December 1 and ending on Friday, December 5.
The Colombian athletics delegation is one of the largest, with a total of 36 athletes.
This list highlights names of high caliber and medal potential such as Valeria Araújo, the sprinter Ronal Longa, the jumper Natalia Linares, and the long jump specialist Arnovis Dalmero, among others.
