The Attorney General’s Office presented Frank Sebastián Roa Martínez, Derek Nicolás Garzón Méndez, Frank Sebastián Puin Vargas, Daniel Jubino Rodríguez Traslaviña, Alejandro Ortiz Duarte, Junior Antonio Suárez Camacho and José Luis Dávila Murillo before a guarantee control judge, accused of participating in the theft of a high-end truck, which occurred on the night of November 25, in the town of Teusaquillo, in Bogota.

For this fact, a prosecutor from the URI of Puente Aranda charged them with the crimes of qualified and aggravated theft, reception and trademark falsification. Rodríguez Traslaviña accepted the charges.

Audiovisual records and other evidence show that, apparently, these people intercepted the victim when he was preparing to store the car in a parking lot and threatened him with firearms, also stealing his cell phone and cash.

Uniforms from the Sijin of the Bogotá Metropolitan Police captured the suspects in a business establishment in the town of Antonio Nariño, and recovered the truck.

During the investigation, another car was seized, of which it was established that the license plate was altered and had been reported for theft on November 16 of the current year.

By order of the judge, the seven defendants must comply with a measure of deprivation of liberty in a prison facility.
