The order of the locations has been defined as follows:

Atlético Nacional will play at home in the first leg (December 13).

Independiente Medellín (DIM) will host the second leg (December 17).

Both Paisa teams, Atlético Nacional and Independiente Medellín, will fight for glory and the title of the Colombia Cup in this exciting final instance.
