The murder of young Harold Aroca, 16 years old, which occurred in August in the Los Laches neighborhood, continues to reveal shocking details. In the last few hours, a criminal guarantee control judge sent Haizak, the second of those allegedly involved in the crime, to prison.
The Prosecutor’s Office assured that the material evidence, including videos that record key moments, were decisive for the judge to impose a restraining order.

According to the investigation, Harold was intercepted by a group of men in a park, who confronted him about alleged statements he had made about a criminal organization that operates in the area.
Among those men, according to the accusing body, would be Haizak. After surrounding him, they moved him to another point where the young man would have been subjected to cruel and inhuman treatment, before being attacked with a firearm.

Days later, on August 9, his family and the authorities found the minor’s body in a wooded area, with burns in several places and four gunshot wounds.
After monitoring, Haizak was captured on a public street by the National Police. A prosecutor from the Children and Adolescents Unit (UENNA) charged him with the crimes of aggravated homicide and torture, simple kidnapping and illegal possession of firearms.
