The Arbitration Commission of the Colombian Football Federation confirmed the appointment that puts Wilmar Roldán in charge of the crucial second leg of the 2025 BetPlay Cup final between DIM and Atlético Nacional.

The referee, belonging to the Antioquia college, will be the central judge in a new edition of the classic paisa that will define the champion of the cup tournament.

This election generates an immediate focus of attention, given Roldán’s career and extensive history in highly significant parties, especially those involving these two historical rivals.

The refereeing body that will accompany Roldán is made up of Sebastián Vela (Bogotá) and John Aguilar (Risaralda) as assistants No. 1 and No. 2, respectively.

Jhon Ospina (Quindío) will serve as fourth referee. To ensure fairness in a match of this magnitude, the video referee team was also carefully selected.

The Commission delegated Lisandro Castillo (Bogotá) to operate the VAR, and Mario Tarache (Casanare) to fulfill the role of AVAR.
