After the exciting start of the eFootball competition, the Colombian delegation prepares for its next challenge: the start of the squash matches this Saturday, November 22.

This is the second day of competitions of the XX Bolivarian Games Ayacucho-Lima 2025, which are taking place in the Peruvian capital, just before the long-awaited official opening ceremony.

The squash competitions will take place at the Luisa Estela Fuentes Quijandría Sports Complex, located in the Villa El Salvador district, in Lima.

Colombian participation will extend until next Thursday, November 27, where the country will compete with a total of eight athletes: four men and four women.

The athletes will seek to raise the name of Colombia in the singles and doubles modalities, which include the male, female and mixed categories.

Among the national representatives, key figures such as Ronald Palomino, Lucía Bautista and the Tovar sisters stand out, who are the great references in this discipline.

It is important to mention that Lucía Bautista and Ronald Palomino arrive with valuable experience, having been part of the delegation that competed in the Chengdu 2025 World Games.

In addition, both managed to obtain medals during the Olympic cycle prior to the Paris 2024 Games, consolidating them as strong medal contenders.

Finally, on Saturday, November 22, attention will focus on the official Opening Ceremony of the XX Bolivarian Games.

This solemn event is scheduled to begin at 6:00 in the afternoon and will take place in the historic setting of the Real Felipe Fortress, located in Callao, Peru, formally welcoming all participating countries of the Bolivarian cycle.
