Colombian cyclist Queen Saray Villegas has secured her place in the final of the BMX Freestyle Park in the 2025 Urban Cycling World Cup taking place in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
The Colombian demonstrated her talent by qualifying in box 11 of the general table with an overall score of 77.76 on the classification day this Friday, November 7.
Queen Saray Villegas was one of the 25 riders who competed for one of the 12 spots available for the final event.
After two scoring runs, the Colombian reached records of 81.04 and 74.48, for a final average of 77.76 that allowed her to advance.
Unfortunately, her sister and partner, Lizsurley Villegas, did not have the same luck, finishing in 24th place with a cumulative score of 41.00.

The grand final of the Women’s BMX Freestyle Park will take place this Saturday, November 8, starting at 9:30 am (local time).
Queen Saray Villegas will compete in Heat 1 alongside notable rivals such as Lea Kim Müller (Germany), Sarah Skotnicki (Australia), Noémi Molnár (Hungary) and the Chinese Honglin Xia and Shuhua Zhao.
Villegas will seek to improve his performance at the 2024 World Cup in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, where he finished in eighth position.
In the men’s park competition, which was held on Thursday, Colombian Juan Camilo Caicedo was three places away from the semifinal.
This one ranked 27th overall among 55 riders. Caicedo recorded an overall score of 76.07, the product of attempts of 75.50 and 76.64.
