The Attorney General’s Office charged the Police patrolman, Eivar Fabián Jaramillo Guerrero, allegedly involved in a case of sexual abuse, in a CAI in the city of Pasto.
The events, according to the testimony of the victim, occurred on August 23, 2025 inside the CAI of the Plaza del Carnaval, where the uniformed man, apparently, had committed improper acts with a Police assistant.

Once the episode was known, the Police Internal Disciplinary Control Office carried out the respective investigations and informed the Pasto Investigative Prosecutor’s Office that it found reasonable grounds to file charges against Jaramillo Guerrero.
The uniformed officer’s conduct was classified as a very serious offense by way of fraud.
