In an event that has generated indignation among the inhabitants of the south of Bogotá, a children’s park in the La Acuarela sector, in the town of Bosa, was the victim of an unusual theft: two people stole one of the attractions intended for children who visit the place.
The episode was recorded by a passerby who was passing through the area and captured how a man, accompanied by a woman, loaded the children’s rocking chair onto the bed of a blue truck and left the park. According to the recording, a minor, apparently the woman’s son and who was traveling in the vehicle, watched all the action.
The report of the incident went viral on social networks, generating strong rejection from the community. Users pointed out the lack of sense of belonging and the need to protect public property, calling for neighborhood watch and collaboration among residents to prevent this type of theft from being repeated.

The loss of attractions, added to problems such as the absence of trash cans, poor lighting and unclogged sewers, has become a constant in several areas of the city.
