Minute30.com .- A homeless man was murdered on December 1 in the center of Medellín after being stabbed in the middle of a street fight. The attack occurred in the Prado Centro neighborhood, at Carrera 48 and Calle 63A. The victim received a direct stab wound to the heart.
After being injured, the man desperately tried to find help, traveling several streets as his life ebbed away. Unfortunately, no one was able to assist him in time. The victim collapsed and died on Carrera 46 and Calle 58, far from the place where the confrontation began.
The authorities managed to capture a Venezuelan citizen, also homeless, who was allegedly responsible for the homicide.

The foreign citizen fled the scene without initially realizing the severity of the fatal wound he had inflicted on his opponent. The captured person and the knife were placed at the disposal of the Prosecutor’s Office.
