A day of heavy traffic congestion occurred on the morning of this Thursday, November 6, in the south of Bogotá due to a motorcyclist protest.
The demonstration is concentrated on NQS Avenue at the height of Primero de Mayo Avenue, where the bikers move in a South-North direction, seriously affecting vehicular mobility throughout the area. At this time, the specific causes of the protest are unknown.
The mobilization has directly impacted the public transportation service. TransMilenio reported that the demonstration by motorcyclists on Av. NQS with Av. Primero de Mayo has forced the implementation of operational detours.
