Minute30.com .- According to a report on social networks, Medellín authorities have clarified that the incident initially reported as an alleged improper act in the Manrique Oriental neighborhood turned out to be a misunderstanding.

The man identified voluntarily appeared before the authorities and explained the situation: he is a person with a disability and, due to his medical condition, he is forced to urinate in a container when he does not have access to a bathroom. According to their version, it was at that moment when the young women passed by their white vehicle, causing confusion.

The man’s testimony would have been received by the authorities for the corresponding assessment, and the incident is, at least for now, classified as a misunderstanding related to his medical condition.
