Manuela Ramírez is a lawyer specializing in tax legislation and will work on the articulation of all the social phenomena and commercial dynamics of the night hours in the capital of Caldas.
“Night Management seeks to articulate all social, cultural, commercial, productive phenomena, and even government services during the night shift for all the actors involved in this time slot that is often wasted.”
These two new positions were created by Municipal Agreement approved by the City Council.
For his part, Jonathan Ballesteros Salazar is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, with a postgraduate degree in administrative and public law, and will be in charge of international relations and global positioning of the city.
“The Manizales Internationalization Office will allow international cooperation management, also positioning the city as a participatory provider in other regions of the world. In this exercise, we will also act strongly with the different unions of the city to generate processes of attracting foreign direct investment that will allow improving employment percentages in the city’s territory,” said Ballesteros.
