The Colombian Senior National Team has focused on intensity and physical strengthening in its training session this Tuesday.

The members of the ‘tricolor’, summoned by coach NĂ©stor Lorenzo, took place at the sports headquarters of Inter Miami.

The day began with a phase of strengthening work in the gym with all the players called up.

Subsequently, part of the group went to the court to start warming up with coordination and speed exercises.

Preliminary tactical work included three-on-one rounds, followed by long throws to finish the warm-up phase.

Maximum intensity in the preparation of the Colombian National Team for the friendlies

The closing of the session focused on the competition in a small space, dividing the team into four groups to carry out one-on-one, two-on-two and four-on-four duels, seeking to simulate real game situations.

With the incorporation of all those mentioned, the group was complete with the 26 players gathered on the night of November 11.

The national team will return to training this Wednesday, November 12, again at the Inter Miami facilities, thus continuing its preparation for the friendly match.

The first friendly game of the National Team will be this Saturday, November 15, starting at 7 pm against New Zealand.
