A chilling case of domestic violence and sexual abuse shakes the southwest of Bogotá. The Attorney General’s Office reported that a man was sent to prison for allegedly sexually abusing his own daughters, minors, in a home in the Primavera neighborhood, in the town of Kennedy.
The investigation, undertaken by a prosecutor assigned to the Sexual Crimes Unit of the Bogotá Section, revealed that the serious attacks continued for a period of two years, while the two minors lived with the accused.
According to the information collected, the aggressor took advantage of the moments when he was in charge of the girls to subject them to abuse.

One of the most disturbing findings of the process is that the man forced the minors to watch pornographic videos and subsequently subjected them to abuse, making them believe that it was a game.

The capture of the alleged aggressor was carried out by the Technical Investigation Corps (CTI) of the Prosecutor’s Office in the Acapulco neighborhood, in the town of Ciudad Bolívar.
The prosecutor charged the accused with the crimes of abusive sexual intercourse with a minor under 14 years of age and violent sexual acts, both in aggravated form. Despite the strength of the evidence, the accused did not accept the charges during the concentrated hearings.
Finally, a guarantee control judge determined to impose a security measure on him in a prison.
