The 69th municipal criminal judge with guarantee control function of Bogotá issued an arrest warrant against Kleidymar, identified by the Prosecutor’s Office as the alleged “determinator” of the homicide of the student Jaime Esteban Moreno, which occurred in the early hours of October 31, 2025 in the town of Barrios Unidos.
The woman, publicly recognized as “the woman in the blue costume,” had been released on the day of the events due to lack of evidence, but new evidence reversed her legal situation.
Kleidymar was initially captured along with two other people involved on October 31, but both she and Bertha were released within a few hours. However, the Prosecutor’s Office insisted that the young Venezuelan woman did have a determining role in the attack that ended the life of the 22-year-old student, who was in the seventh semester at the University of the Andes.
What is known so far is that Moreno attended a Halloween party the night before at the Before Club bar, near Caracas Avenue. In the early morning he left accompanied by a friend, while behind him a group prepared to attack him advanced. In that group were Kleidymar, Juan Carlos and Ricardo Rafael.

The security cameras recorded the brutal attack: Juan Carlos and Ricardo Rafael gave a violent kick to the student’s head, a blow that was decisive in his death.

Jaime Esteban Moreno was first taken to the Chapinero Hospital and then referred to the Simón Bolívar, where he died from cardiorespiratory arrest caused by multiple trauma to the face, skull and thorax.
While the subjects have already been sent to prison, the Prosecutor’s Office maintains that Kleidymar would have instigated the attack. Testimonies from witnesses who claim that she incited the attackers to hit the young man rest against her.
In addition, the prosecuting entity has the medical records of the hospitals that treated the student and the results of the Forensic Medicine autopsy, which confirmed that the death was violent and the result of homicide.
The Prosecutor’s Office is now seeking that the arrest warrant allow Kleidymar to be formally linked to the process for aggravated homicide, based on the new material evidence.
