The Colombian Football Federation celebrated the nomination of five footballers from the country for the prestigious FIFA The Best awards.
This announcement was made official by the institution and its president, Gianni Infantino, and represents direct recognition of the performance, discipline and talent of the Colombian players.
The athletes who have put Colombia’s name in this global elite are Leicy Santos, Mayra Ramírez, Katherine Tapia, Jhon Arias and Kevin Mier.
This select group has demonstrated an outstanding level in their respective clubs and national teams.

Its inclusion in the list of the best on the planet is irrefutable proof of the sustained growth of Colombian football and the positive impact of its talent on the international stage.
The president of the FCF, Ramón Jesurun, extended a special congratulatory message to the nominees.
