Minute30.com .- The El Tesoro Parque Comercial Shopping Center issued an official statement this November 20, one day after the reported death, regretting the death of Mrs. María Cristina Andrade Monje, 76 years old. The death was a fatal outcome resulting from a fall suffered on one of the escalators in the commercial park.

In the statement, signed by the General Manager, Adriana González Zapata, the directors of El Tesoro assure that, after the incident that occurred on November 9, the emergency care protocols were immediately activated for Mrs. Andrade and her family. The woman was transferred to a hospital to receive the required care.

The directors of El Tesoro extended a “fraternal hug” and their “deepest condolences” to the family of María Cristina Andrade Monje after this unfortunate event.
