Minute30.com .- Bancolombia, the largest bank in the country with more than 17 million active users, announced an adjustment to the opening hours of its physical branches that will take effect from October 6, 2025.

The modification, according to the entity, is directly related to the current behavior of its clients, but also to the labor reform.

This is how the new schedules look from Monday to Friday

Bogotá From 9:00 am to 4:00 pm
Rest of the Country From 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

These schedules represent a change, since previously the day was extended in some offices until 5:00 pm. In addition, some offices will maintain their continuous schedule, while others will close at noon, depending on the location.

Schedule on Saturdays

For Saturdays, the branches that traditionally operated on this day will continue to do so, but with reduced hours: from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm (previously some closed at 3:00 pm).

All customers are recommended to check the specific hours of their usual branch before visiting it, consulting the bank’s digital channels.
