This Thursday, January 8, Carlos Carrillo, director of the National Unit for Disaster Risk Management (UNGRD), shook national politics by filing a formal complaint for workplace harassment against the director of Dapre, Angie Rodríguez.
According to Carrillo, his hierarchical superior has launched a campaign to “undermine his reputation” and call into question his management publicly and repeatedly.
The complaint was made public through Carrillo’s ‘X’ account, who assured that Rodríguez’s behavior has been “aimed at hindering” his work and that of his technical team.
The mess doesn’t stay on social networks; The complaint has already been filed with the Ombudsman’s Office and is expected to reach the Ministry of Labor, with a direct copy to Minister Antonio Sanguino.

The origin of this “grab” would come from the end of 2025, when Rodríguez accused Carrillo of alleged mismanagement in Adaptation Fund contracts. Carrillo, for her part, maintains that the relationship was good until she “started taking sides” in the internal divisions of the House of Nariño.
“He stopped answering my WhatsApp, he started leaving me in sight”confessed the director of the UNGRD, suggesting that the distancing of Petro’s “right hand” has overtones of internal political persecution.
