Minute30.com – The National Tax and Customs Directorate (DIAN) has reported that, due to external failures in the power supply, its customs electronic computer services are unavailable. The situation, beyond the control of the entity, has led to the declaration of contingency for these procedures as of today, August 9, 2025.
The measure specifically affects the services of Muisca Carga, Salida de Mercancías and SYGA Importaciones. Within the framework of this contingency, the DIAN has authorized the performance of manual procedures, as long as the user can certify the impossibility of using the customs systems.
Although the technical impact has also impacted some tax services, the entity clarifies that this measure does not cover the presentation of income tax returns of individuals for 2024, since the maturities of this obligation have not yet begun. The DIAN invites taxpayers to remain attentive to official information.
The entity is working as a priority with its technical team and specialized suppliers to restore the service as soon as possible, in order to minimize the impact on foreign trade operations.
