Minute30.com .- The Mayor’s Office of Medellín reports on total and partial road closures in important corridors of the city on the occasion of the Action Run sporting event, which will take place this Sunday, November 9.
Drivers and pedestrians are recommended to plan their routes in advance.
Start of Assembly and Event Schedule
Setups: They started at 2:00 pm today, Saturday, November 8, on Carrera 58 between 42nd and 43rd streets.
Total Closures (Event): They will be applied this Sunday, November 9, between 6:00 am and 10:30 am
Main Roads with Total Closure (6:00 am to 10:30 am)
The event circuit will affect central and southern areas. Among the most important sections with total closure are:
Avenida del Ferrocarril (Carrera 55): Between streets 41 and 37 (western road).
Las Vegas Avenue (Carrera 48): Between 30th and 12th Streets South (both roads).

Check the complete list if your route passes through Avenida 80 (Carrera 50FF), Calle 36, or Carrera 51.
Partial Closures and Disassembly
Partial Closures: They will occur on Calle 44 (San Juan service road) between Carreras 62 and 55 (Southern carriageway) and on Carrera 55 (Avenida del Ferrocarril) between Calles 44 and 41 (Western carriageway).
Dismantling: It will be carried out between 10:30 am and 4:00 pm on Sunday, maintaining circulation restrictions in nearby areas.
The Ministry of Mobility will have traffic agents for regulation. The District Administration recommends using public transportation and following the instructions of the authorities for a more agile and safe movement during the sports day.
