Minute30.com .- EPM will carry out maintenance on its billing and collection platform, between 9:00 pm on Friday, November 14 and the morning of holiday Monday, November 17, in order to guarantee an agile, safe and reliable service for its user-clients. During this time, the purchase of pins for Prepaid Energy and Prepaid Water, both physical and virtual, will not be available.
“We call on the community to take into account this temporary suspension in the sale of pins for Prepaid Water and Energy services, at the announced times and days, to anticipate and make the necessary charge to supply their needs,” indicated Simónides Mauricio Vasco Monsalve, User-Customer Experience (E) manager of EPM.
Additionally, during the weekend, Web Invoice will not be available, nor will it be possible to make partial payments to the utility bill or carry out digital or virtual transactions.
It is important to indicate that the full payment of the invoice can be made through the other means that EPM offers for collection, including authorized banks, cooperatives and chain stores.
