Minute30.com .- Medellín authorities are investigating a macabre discovery that occurred on the night of Saturday, December 13, around 11:00 pm, under the Horacio Toro bridge, on the North Highway.

The body, apparently male, was found in the middle of the Highway, in the North-South direction, near the area known as La Minorista. Police confirmed that the body was wrapped in an unusual manner.

The victim was found “carefully” packaged: she was first covered in a multicolored blanket, then wrapped in transparent vinyl paper and, finally, inside fiber sacks.

Judicial Police units cordoned off the area to carry out technical inspection of the corpse.

The body was taken to Forensic Medicine, where it is expected to determine the cause of death and achieve identification.
