Minute30.com .- A serious accident occurred at noon this Saturday, November 22 in Loma de Robledo, at Carrera 80 and Calle 65, after a dump truck allegedly lost its brakes and hit multiple vehicles. The accident has left a preliminary balance of nine people injured, of which three have serious injuries.
The dump truck, which was traveling in a north-south direction, impacted at least eight vehicles, two of them public service buses and several cars, creating a complex emergency scene.
The units of the Ministry of Mobility and the Fire Department are on site coordinating the rescue, the final count of injuries and the clearing of the road.
As a result of the accident, traffic in the sector has been severely affected. The road remains closed in both directions, specifically from 65th Street to 54A Street, while the vehicles involved are removed and mobility is restored in this important corridor of the city.
