The most recent case, reported by readers of Minute30occurred this Monday, December 22 on the South Highway, just under the Colombia Avenue bridge. This sector has become a critical point where the infrastructure is used as a “trench” by homeless people to attack those traveling on the expressway.
Material damage and risk of tragedy
