Minute30.com .- A shocking traffic accident occurred this Tuesday, January 20, in the city of Manizales, when a private vehicle fell from the third floor of the parking lot of a building located on busy Kevin Ángel Avenue.

The car, which for reasons that are still the subject of investigation broke the protective barrier of the parking lot, fell into the void and violently impacted several vehicles that were parked in the exterior bay of the building.

Despite the spectacular nature of the incident and the height of the fall, the preliminary report from the relief agencies is miraculous: several people suffered minor injuries, but none seriously.

However, the vehicle that fell suffered a total loss, while at least two other vehicles that were in the bay were considerably damaged by the crush.

Authorities and firefighters responded to the emergency at the site.

The Manizales traffic authorities are evaluating whether the accident was due to a mechanical failure of the vehicle or human error on the part of the driver when performing parking maneuvers.
